The Icetech TP 5 combi machine is the best solution for gelaterias with a large
volume of gelato. Great machine for a medium large gelato wholesaler.
It is a complete laboratory to mix, cook and freeze either Ice Cream or Gelato
mixture in one single machine. The upper tank (like a pot in a stove) mixes and
cooks ingredients while, separately and simultaneously, the lower one freezes
and produces Gelato. This machine guarantee a continuous cycle production
without downtimes and bottlenecks. Made of top quality components, it is the
ideal machine for those who doesn’t want compromise product quality even if

The upper cylinder positionated in a vertical position, like a pod in a stove, grants a perfect thermic exchange, preventing any thermic loose. The heating process is automatically controlled by the microprocessor that allows uniform heating.

Cooling & Freezing technology
