The Icetech F5 Blast Freezer / Blast Chiller guarantees the quality of your
products, extending shelf life and preserving moisture, structure, color, flavor,
fragrance, and natural freshness.
Wholly made of stainless steel, its high refrigerating capacity will enable you to
chill and freeze in an very short period of time.
The F5 Blast freezer allows you to set time chill or temperature chill programs.
The high refrigerating power of Icetech blast chiller will avoid unpleasant
sudden temperature changes whenever the door is opened.

Features
Easy controller touch pad
A simple electronic dashboard with few commands allows you to operate the machine easily.
Four Preset programs
- Soft chill to +37°F (+3°C): Ideal for cooked food that shall reach +37°F in a short period of time in order to avoid bacterial proliferation.
- -Hard chill: Ideal when the product to be cooled down is over 1 inch in thickness
- -Shock freeze to -40°F: Ideal for all frozen products, that require to reach -0°F (-18°C ) as quickly as possible. The temperature inside the cooling chamber will be -40°F (-40°C)
- -Preservation: The blast chiller will keep the expected positive and negative preservation temperature at the end of every cycle
Indirect air distribution
The ventilation system has been perfectly designed to ensure temperature uniformity inside all the chamber.
Automatic Defrosting
Controlled by the central electronic board the Icetech F5 features an automatic hot gas defrost system that prevents any ice formation on the evaporator.
