
ICETECH PST 70 EMU INV ICETECH
The Icetech PST 70 combines three operation in only one machine: heating,
mixing, aging & cooling in accordance with the HACCP regulation. The special
central stirrer presses the mixture through the small holes of the emulsifying
basket, at maximum speed, granting a mixture that is homogeneous in all its
micro-particles. A digital electronic board completely manages the machine and,
through very precise sensors, controls the heating, the cooking and the cooling
process of the mix. This prevents any burns during the heating procedure and
any icy creation in the aging process.

“Bain-Marie” heating technology
The “Bain-Marie” heating system with glycolate liquid, eliminate all the problems of encrustations and mix burns. The delicate heat preserves all the flavors even the most volatile ones. The heating process is automatically controlled by the microprocessor that allows uniform heating.

The whole Icetech PST series is featured with adjustable speed regulator technology that allows you to emulsify the Ice Cream mix perfectly.
